John Kilasara
Director

 Over 10 years of experience in R&D; Mixed Methods approach. Project Planning, Implementation, Monitoring, and Evaluation. He has participated in projects within the Health, Environment, Agriculture, and Education sectors geared towards improving National Policies. Holds Dipl. Philosophy-Urbaniana University, Rome, B.A Sociology- UDSM and M.A. Development Studies- ISS- Erasmus University Rotterdam, NL.

Emmanuel Swai
Program Officer

 A key member of our team, responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and management of programs that align with our organization's core mission. He ensures that all initiatives meet their objectives, adhere to budgets and timelines, and deliver measurable impact to the communities we serve. He works closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive successful outcomes. B.A I.T in PPM

Nicas Nelson
Organization Lead

A pharmacist with over 12 years of progressive, multi-sector experience, I currently represent my organization as a National Focal Point to the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) Global Framework on Chemicals. My background includes roles in pharmaceutical manufacturing as an Operational Officer, service as a District Pharmacist in Tanzania, and project management with PMIA and IDPAD Ireland. I hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy and a Master of Science.

Bruno Assenga
Field Researcher

Mr. Bruno Michael Assenga holds a Diploma in Philosophy and a Bachelor’s Degree in philosophy with focus on peace and security from Tangaza International University. With a strong academic background in Philosophy and Social Science Research Methodologies, he has accumulated over 5 years of experience in interdisciplinary research. This provides him with the ability to navigate from research questions to data analysis, offering distinct frameworks for systematic inquiry, including surveys, experiments, and qualitative studies.

 Role involves a strategic approach to managing our organization's most valuable asset: its people. She cuts across all departments to ensure the right balance of skilled staff and a supportive work environment that aligns with our overall organization's objectives. She holds B.A in HRM

Legal Officer

I am a legally trained professional holding an LL.B and currently pursuing an LL.M in Corporate and Commercial Law, while completing my advocate qualification. With about six years of experience across diverse fields, I am committed to advancing access to education, strengthening justice systems, and promoting fair, transparent, and accountable institutions.

Nitanga Wilbard
Legal Officer

Is a vibrant young lawyer. She has a progressive experience of more than five years in the legal sector. She has a background of working within the courts of law and other reputable law firms. She has a demonstrated experience of working in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as well as Intellectual Property.

David Nyaluke
Auditor

Is responsible for independently examining an organization's financial records, operations,  or systems to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards. He provides an objective opinion or assurance to stakeholders, such as investors, management, or the public, which helps maintain confidence in the reported financial information.

Rogers Kamene
Representative - DSM

Rogers facilitates partnerships, manages networks, and fosters collaboration with governments, international bodies, and other civil society organizations.

He attends official meetings, conferences, and intergovernmental committees to advocate for specific issues and present TEC.org perspectives on topics like Inclusive Growth for Sustainable Development.
